Why we created SOMDaily?
SOMe days we feel like on top of the world, there are days when we feel alright, others flat, and hopefully only on rare occasions, we feel like life is a burden. SOMDaily was created to acknowledge these moments, these feelings and all the emotions in-between, but more than that, to help deal with them all.
On those (hopefully only) rare occasions when life feels like a dark cloud over you, when you feel like you can't reach out, can't ask for help, SOMDaily is here to help you break through those moments with helpful resources, a growing list of trusted providers and most importantly; we reach out to your Circle Of Friends and notify them when you need some guidance or encouragement, someone to lean on, a shoulder to cry on or just simply to vent.

By adding a select number of your trusted family and friends to the Circle of Friends, we do the hard work and notify them when you need them the most in good times or bad and prompt them to reach out to you.

We have compiled a list of ideas to lift your State of Mind! To start you on some insightful suggestions; look at helpful articles and websites, read inspirational quotes, get book ideas, listen to uplifting music, try workout suggestions, or meditation, check out some natural therapies and other apps that might help you on your wellbeing journey. You can also find national call centres relevant to your particular needs.

In light of the events that have unfolded last year, two things have become quite apparent, and that
is now more than ever has our mental health and emotional wellbeing become a top priority and the
other is that we cannot/should not go through turmoil, pain and suffering alone.
We are social and connected beings, we all need the love and support of our nearest and dearest
family and friends. By checking in daily, you allow yourself a moment to 'be in the moment' and
become consciously aware of your thoughts and feelings. Acknowledging those thoughts and feelings,
